Atlanta is going through an interesting phase. It is turning into an entertainment mecha. Yesterday while rolling down I-75/85 downtown we went past an old Taxi that was in beautiful condition. I was driving so no pic. On the way back from lunch at Fox Bros today we drove by one of the areas where they film random Walking Dead field scenes. There were trailers setup. The other day I drove by a church a few miles from home and it was surrounded by film equipment. Then this evening I was looking at movie cars and found a pic of the cab I saw. Turns out it was used in 42. They are converting a huge number of industrial spaces into filming locations and studios are being built on the outskirts of town. It should be fun to see where this will go.

Tom Cruise is also filming a movie called Mena in Ballground, and other places like Decatur. A friend of mine had her pickup selected to be in the movie.

Ah, not quite. The colors do pop though. I wish they would film 2. The script sounded awesome with the toons going into battle during WWII.
